My role within the church is multifaceted. This includes:
- Being a spiritual leader who encourages and supports members to foster a close relationship with Jesus.
- Having a general oversight and leadership in cooperation with our pastor. I oversee and contribute to leading all areas of congregational activities. I keep a watchful eye over each activity and department.
- I work together with the pastor in helping to nurture and care for the congregation, encourage and pray for the sick, visit and provide support for members.
- I work together with the pastor and Church to ensure that we follow the principles and practice of the SDA faith.
Inspiration for your role: My love for Jesus inspires me to be actively involved in His church at different levels. It encourages me to allow God’s Spirit to lead and guide me in my ministry to Him.

At Hampstead Church, we seek to make members aware of the power of Christ to forgive our sins and to live victoriously. We encourage members to be missionaries for Christ to share the good news of salvation. We aim to emulate Christ through our lifestyle, our community ministry and our love for each other.
